New Assets on Morpher Jan ’23

Attention all traders!

We are excited to announce that new assets are now available for trading on Morpher. This includes a wide range of recently IPO’d stocks, community requested cryptocurrencies, and a new index.

With the addition of these new assets, you now have even more opportunities to trade and invest in the markets.

We frequently check our community on Discord (don’t forget to check it out if you haven’t already) for new market suggestions and expanded our tradable markets to include the best of them. Check out the full list below along with some of our favourites.

Crypto

It seems like everyone is talking about “the Metaverse,” but whether it will be the next big thing and change our lives forever is up for debate. This December, we are introducing two new projects that aim to shape the Metaverse and how we use it.

The first project is The Sandbox ($SAND), where companies like Care Bears and Playboy own virtual estates where they plan to entertain users in the future. The Sandbox launched Alpha Season 3 in August 2022, and development is ongoing, with new companies working on their own plots of land and creating games, shopping experiences, concerts, and more.

The second project is Decentraland ($MANA), a combination of virtual reality, augmented reality, and the internet where users can come together to socialize, experience fashion week, listen to concerts, or play games. Decentraland’s path is governed by its users through its decentralized autonomous organization, and holders of MANA can vote on the game and the organization’s policies to decide its future.

Stocks

With this update, we are adding many new companies with interesting profiles. This allows you to access a wider range of investment opportunities. Having a diverse range of stocks to choose from can help you diversify your portfolio and potentially improve chances of achieving your investment goals.

We are looking to our community to find out which stocks or markets you want to see on Morpher. The best way to let us know your preferences is to join our Discord and post a request in the “new-markets” channel. We value your feedback and want to provide you with the markets you want to trade.

Just like you, we are passionate about financial markets, and we often add markets that we would like to see traded on Morpher. However, we can’t just add any market (at least not yet) and prioritize markets with more liquidity, stable price action, and consistent data. This ensures that you get an accurate representation of the markets in your portfolio.
